This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding service bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all coaching sessions, counselling services, wellness programs, manifestation courses, workshops, and related services purchased directly from us.

2. Refund Policy for Services
Because our services are personalised and time-based, we generally do not offer refunds once a session or program has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

We cancel a session or program and cannot provide an alternative time.

You have purchased a package and wish to cancel unused sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice before the first scheduled session.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual Sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full reschedule or credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged in full. -
Workshops and Programs:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a credit or transfer to a future program.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, except where required by law.

4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a booked session without providing notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

5. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, no refunds are available for online courses, downloadable content, or digital programs once they have been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
